Post pinvestigation: I am sad to say it, but I was not able to stick with the slim down drink regimen and therefore it obviously didn’t work for me =( Between the unpleasant vinegar taste and inconvenience (I would always forget to pickup more grapefruit juice so I was not able to be consistent with the regimen), I did not find this slim down drink a realistic option for me. However, I would love to hear feedback from anybody who has tried this drink regimen and let me know if it worked for you?!?!
However, I still like grapefruit=)
I eat broiled grapefruit for breakfast about 3 times a week and it’s so easy!
