The Cheesecake Factory all started from a woman name Evelyn and her famous original cheesecake recipe. Although the cheesecake is the main attraction, the restaurant is a perfect place to go for all appetites and any occasion due to the vast menu variety and generous portions of food!
One of my favorite dishes (besides the cheesecake of course) is the Crispy Chicken Costoletta on the “Specialties” portion of their large menu. Crispy Chicken Costoletta consist of thin tender chicken breast lightly breaded and sautéed to a crisp golden brown. The delish dish is served with lemon sauce, mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus. I highly recommend this dish if you have never tried it or are slightly overwhelmed by all of the options! I would definitely split this dish with somebody or get a to go box before hand (this make yummy leftovers) because as you can see pictured above, this is a massive meal for 2-3! Also, their brown wheat bread served before the main dish is top notch as well and I always have to hold back so I can save some room for the main course–either way, you will not be disappointed!
