I love grapefruit and the idea of a swimsuit slimdown, sooo this concoction just seemed like a must try! Turns out that it’s not too bad and has a a kick in the glass!

I have been tolerating the drink. I was able to finish half while cooking dinner, but the drink was working as an appetite suppressor (not what I was going for at the time while I was chefing up Parmesan Chicken ) so I saved the rest for later in order to thoroughly enjoy dinner. Next time, I plan on giving myself a bit more time (greater than 5 minutes) to get this drink down , however the bf prefers to chug the thing and get it over with. I trying to learn to like it– mainly waiting around to see if slim down thing is true or not… the investigation continues!
Post pinvestigation: I am sad to say it, but I was not able to stick with slim down drink regimen and therefore it obviously didn’t work for me =( However, I would love to hear feedback from anybody who has tried this drink regimen for a while and whether it was a success or not!
